CHECK-IN
Check-in is possible from 15h00 onwards. We’re delighted to welcome you to our piano guesthouse during working hours. Arriving late? You will receive a personal check-in code and the name of your room via mail on the day of your arrival. Please also check your spam-folder.
Would you like to leave your luggage before check-in, please contact us.
THE FRONT DOOR
You can enter the house through the grey door using the provided code. While there’s a key for the front door on your keychain for security, we kindly ask that you always use the code to enter and avoid locking the door. Please ensure the door is securely closed, as it can be a bit tricky. Thank you for your understanding!
BREAKFAST
There are amazing breakfast options in the center of Ghent, ranging from small and quick bites to full, extensive breakfast. We also offer a small or large breakfast in our guesthouse.
DRINKS
Please help yourself to a drink in the shared kitchen. We work with an honesty bar. You can find the menu here.
THE PIANOS
Please ask our staff on which pianos you can play.
PARKING
Our Guesthouse is situaded in a residential parking zone. Parking in an unauthorized manner will result in a fine. There are two public parking options near our guesthouse:
LOW EMISSION ZONE (LEZ)
Ghent has a low-emission zone. Please check on the following website whether your vehicle is allowed to enter the LEZ: Low Emission Zone Ghent
To avoid a fine, it is advisable to register your foreign vehicle. (Cars with a Belgian or Dutch numberplate do not need to register.)
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is available until 11h00. Please note that the city tax is still due. To speak with an employee, ring the bell at the green desk. If you're leaving early, please ring the bell at check-in. Thank you.
HEATING VS COOLING
Heating: The room is set on a scheduled program, but you can adjust the temperature using the black thermostat on the table.
Cooling: During summer, the room is programmed to maintain a temperature of 21°C, but you can adjust it using the white remote control.
